UNIJOS Post-UTME/Direct Entry Screening Form 2026/2027: Eligibility, Registration Guide & Cut-Off Marks
The University of Jos (UNIJOS) has commenced the sale of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening form for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates who selected UNIJOS as their first-choice institution and meet the required admission criteria are invited to apply.
Registration Period
Online registration opens on Monday, 13 July 2026, and closes on Saturday, 12 September 2026. Prospective candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the screening exercise, candidates must:
- Choose the University of Jos (UNIJOS) as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
- Obtain a minimum UTME score of 180, subject to the departmental cut-off mark for their chosen course.
- Upload their O'Level results to JAMB CAPS, as only candidates with uploaded results will be considered.
- Direct Entry applicants must possess the required qualifications for their chosen programme.
How to Apply
Step 1: Create Your Account
1. Visit the UNIJOS admissions portal.
2. Select Forms Application.
3. Choose 2026 UTME/DE Screening.
4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
5. Complete the registration form using a valid email address and phone number.
6. Create a password and submit the application.
7. Activate your account through the verification link sent to your email.
Step 2: Pay the Screening Fee
1. Log in to the portal with your registered email and password.
2. Click Make Payment.
3. Follow the payment instructions to complete the transaction.
4. Print your payment receipt and the Remita receipt sent to your email.
5. Print your screening summary for future reference.
Important Information
- Only candidates who selected UNIJOS as their first-choice institution can register.
- Applicants should confirm that they meet the departmental cut-off mark before applying. Candidates who do not meet the requirement should consider changing their course through JAMB.
- Candidates offered admission must accept the offer on JAMB CAPS within the stipulated period before it reflects on the UNIJOS admission portal.
- Failure to comply with the admission guidelines may affect your admission process.
