JAMB BEGINS 2026 UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY REGISTRATION 

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the commencement of the sale of application forms for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) admissions for the 2026/2027 academic session.

According to JAMB, registration for UTME candidates will run from Monday, 26th January to Saturday, 28th February, 2026, while E-PIN vending begins on Monday, 19th January, 2026.

Direct Entry registration will commence on Monday, 2nd March, 2026, and end on Saturday, 25th April, 2026, with registration conducted only at JAMB State and Zonal Offices nationwide.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old by 30th September, 2026 to be eligible. Underage candidates may be considered under strict conditions.

The 2026 UTME examination is scheduled to hold from Thursday, 16th April to Saturday, 25th April, 2026, while the Mock-UTME will take place on Saturday, 28th March, 2026.

JAMB has advised candidates to avoid multiple registrations and to seek official corrections in case of any errors during registration.
