The University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for qualified candidates seeking admission into the institution.

According to the announcement, candidates who selected UNIUYO as their first-choice institution in the 2026 UTME and scored a minimum of 150 are eligible to apply. Direct Entry applicants who also chose the university as their first choice are invited to participate in the screening exercise.

Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 through the university's official admission portal. Applicants are advised to complete their registration carefully, provide accurate biodata, and upload all required documents before the deadline.

Candidates must also ensure that their O'Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS, as failure to do so may affect their admission consideration. Awaiting Result (AR) candidates are also eligible to apply.

Prospective students are encouraged to complete their registration early and follow all instructions provided by the university to avoid disqualification.
