UNICAL 2026/2027 Post-UTME Registration Closes July 31

Candidates seeking admission into the University of Calabar (UNICAL) are reminded that the registration for the 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise will close on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Eligible candidates who selected UNICAL as their first-choice institution and scored 150 and above in the 2026 UTME are advised to complete their registration before the deadline. Candidates who did not initially choose UNICAL but wish to gain admission into the institution can still apply after effecting a Change of Institution through JAMB.

The registration process is entirely online. Applicants are required to visit the university's Post-UTME portal, validate their JAMB details, complete the application form, and pay the prescribed ₦2,000 non-refundable screening fee using the approved payment channels.

Candidates are also advised to ensure that they provide a valid email address and active phone number during registration, as these will be used for important communication regarding their application.

With only a short time left before the portal closes, prospective students are encouraged to complete their registration as early as possible to avoid last-minute technical issues or missing the deadline.
